February 2015 Costello's has gone paperless! We now work from an I-Pad and all invoices are emailed to our customers upon completion of the repair.

December 2012 We have won Angie's List Super Service Award. This is the seventh consecutive year in a row. Thanks to our customers for their great reviews.

December 2011 We just won Angie's List Super Service Award for 2011. This is the 6th year in a row that we have won this award. Companies must maintain an A rating to receive this award. Fewer than 5% of list companies are eligible for this award. We thank our customers for their great feedback.

November 2011 We accept all major credit/debit cards. We have a mobile terminal that can be brought into the house for your convenience. This is a state of the art wireless unit with full safety features to keep credit card numbers secure. You can also call our office to make a payment over the phone.

May 2011 I recently completed training on GE refrigerators at Trible's Appliance Parts in Downingtown, PA. The training focused on the systems and electronics used on all new GE products manufactured within the past 5 years. I was also introduced to the new line of front loading steam washers.

March 2010 We have installed new computer software to run our business. This system is designed for appliance repair companies and will streamline our office and provide better service.
